While all our products are digital (primarily in PDF or ePub formats) and therefore non-returnable, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. To ensure a smooth and fair experience, we’ve established the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy for the following situations:
- Product Not as Described: If the product does not match its description or does not meet your expectations.
- Wrong Edition: If you mistakenly receive the wrong edition of a textbook.
- Formatting Issues: If the file is improperly formatted or unusable.
In these cases, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided the issue is reported within seven days of purchase.
Mistaken Purchases
We understand that mistakes happen. If you mistakenly purchase a product and notify us immediately, we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as how soon you contacted us, whether the product was downloaded, and other circumstances will be considered. If eligible, we strive to refund 100% of the amount paid.
Duplicate Purchases
In cases of duplicate purchases, double charges, or similar errors, you can request a refund at any time. We will honor these requests even if they are made up to six months after the transaction.

- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The payment method used
Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 96 hours (though we usually reply much sooner).
